"Rehab--The Road Ahead" is the theme of the 2005 TRA Annual Conference which will be held from July 28-30, 2005, at the Marriott Austin at the Capitol Hotel in Austin, Texas. Room rates are $80 for a Standard room and $100 for a Double-Double room. Room reservations can be made at 800-228-9290 or 512-478-1111 until July 8th cutoff.

Mark your calendar for this event! Early registration is $175 for NRA/TRA Members,$195 for Non-members, $100 for non-working retirees, and $100 for full time students (8 hrs. undergrad or 6 hrs. grad & not working in rehab. field).

Our keynote speakers are Mr. Terrell Murphy, Commissioner, Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, and Linda Winslow, Executive Director, National Rehabilitation Association.

The breakout session topics planned for you include Issues in Rehabilitation Roundtable Discussion, Leadership, Social Security, Independent Living, Ethics, Worker's Compensation. This confernce will give you, not only an opportunity to expand your knowledge, but an opportunity to network with other rehabilitation professionals.

TRA will be applying for 10 hours of continuing education credits, with 2.5 ethics hours of the 10 applied for.
