The Executive Committee of TRA has made the decision to go ahead as planned with the conference on August 3-5, 2008.

Due to Hurricane Dolly and South Padre Island being closed, still without water and electricity, we are relocating the conference to Austin, Texas.

We are negotiating with the Sheraton Austin Hotel and formulating a contract with them. They have said they would honor our $129/night room rate and help duplicate our plans.
