The hotel offers the following rates for the TRA Conference for rooms blocked for the following nights: Saturday night 6/26/10 through Monday night 6/28/10. Limited rooms are available on Friday and Tuesday nights. Rates are:
$119 night single/double standard rooms (non-government rate); $90 night single/double standard rooms (state/federal employees--must present ID)*; $129 night single/double Poolside rooms **; $149 night single/double King Bay View Rooms (any day) ** (*Limited rooms on Friday and Tuesday nights. Once block is full, rate is $119 for state/federal employees) (** These rooms are limited and based on availability) The hotel features 10 handicapped-accessible rooms, 4 of which have roll-in showers. All parking is free and uncovered. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport for registered guests.
Bring your family! The Holiday Inn - Emerald Beach is family and pet friendly. Kids 17 and under stay free in the room. Kids 12 and under eat free from the Kids Menu in hotel restaurant with entree from dining adult. Pets are welcomed with $20 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per reservation.
